The BREAD Approach® takes the science of the nervous system and translates it into simple, everyday strategies that staff can use immediately. Every step is practical, solution-focused, and easy to implement in classrooms, specialist provisions, EOTAS environments, and homes.
These strategies benefit almost every child and can be used universally across a whole setting, with targeted groups, or 1:1 with pupils who need additional support.
The course consists of five one-hour modules, delivered live initially (with recordings available), and then accessible as a self-paced, watch-anytime course. BREAD is a standalone course within the Silver Membership or included in your Gold "Access All Areas" Membership.
Course Duration: 6 hours
By the end of the course, participants will:
Understand The BREAD Approach® 5-step framework for supporting regulation.
Learn practical strategies that support almost all children across a range of settings.
