Accessibility Statement

Our training can be adapted to suit a range of learning requirements, including (but not limited to) dyslexia, hearing impairment, and sensory needs. We use clear fonts, structured layouts, and provide materials in accessible digital formats where possible. We are committed to ensuring that everyone can fully participate and benefit from the training.

To support accessibility:

  • Multiple formats – All core training is delivered through video, written materials, and downloadable resources.

  • Closed captions & transcripts – Videos are provided with captions and transcripts for learners with hearing impairments or those who prefer to read along.

  • Accessible documents – Handouts and workbooks are available in clear, dyslexia-friendly fonts, with good contrast and spacing. Alternative formats

(e.g., large print, plain text) can be provided on request.

  • Flexible assessment options – On courses that include assessments, learners may complete assessments in writing, orally (recorded or live), or through discussion/reflection, depending on their needs.

  • Pacing and replay – Online content can be paused, replayed, or revisited at any time, supporting learners who benefit from a slower pace or repetition.

  • Support contact – Learners are invited to share any additional support requirements at the point of enrolment by contacting us directly at [email protected] This allows us to make reasonable adjustments in advance.
