This membership offers a monthly webinar with downloadable resources to support teachers and educators in implementing effective sensory strategies plus access to a resource library of past training videos you can watch as and when you wish.
Included at no additional charge is my one-day How to Run Sensory Circuits course valued at £149.00.
Members are invited to join a collaborative community of like-minded educators on Facebook and attend a live question and answer session each month where the monthly webinar can be discussed in more detail or other questions asked. Both of these are run by Ali so you have ready access to an OT whenever you need it; it will be like having your own OT in your pocket.
The School Sensory Solutions membership is for you if:
Your learners are struggling with sensory overload in class.
Your pupils are on the go all the time, unable to sit and focus.
Your students seem to get more dysregulated with breaks rather than regulated.
You feel you could do more to meet the sensory and physical needs of your learners but don’t know how.
You hear the words sensory needs, sensory diet, sensory sensitivities but don’t know what to do.
You want to run sensory circuits but don’t know where to start, or if you are doing it right. Your school wants to help but is finding it difficult to get OT support, especially for sensory difficulties.
Do you want to join the membership but lack the funding to make this happen?
Don’t worry I’ve not neglected you.
Join as a foundation package member for less than the price of a cup of coffee and get a bite-sized training to watch anytime that month.
You also get to join the Facebook community and attend the live Q and A. No ongoing commitment is required, you can cancel at any time.
Sensory Movement Breaks
Choose from three themed sensory movement breaks/circuits:
Welcome to Dino World
Welcome to the Jungle
Welcome to Outer Space.
Each downloadable circuit has 20 activities, of which 6 are alerting, 8 are organising and 6 are calming with a handy coloured border so you know which is which.
Each activity has a great picture illustrating the action with a clear description of the action to be taken, so it’s easy for both staff and pupils to follow. Visual timetables are included.
Coming soon: Sensory circuit in a bag, sensory circuit in your pocket, sensory bootcamp for teens, move and stretch for regulation and interoception.
Coming soon: Award-winning graded motor skills and handwriting interventions for SEND pupils. I am looking for schools to beta-test this intervention for a reduced rate. Please contact me if you’d be interested.
